Reports for plumbing shop owners, built from the software you already use

Your field software and phone system already hold the numbers. We build read-only weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from them, sent by email. Reports are a quoted job; start with the free checklist.

What can a plumbing report tell me?

Which calls became paid jobs, which lead sources pay, and how many calls you missed and when.

Where does the report get its data?

From your phone system's call log and your field software, read-only. Nothing new to buy and nothing for your techs to enter twice.

Access is read-only. We never edit jobs, customers or invoices. If your software has no API and no export, tell us what you do have and we will say honestly whether a report is possible. If the honest answer is no, you will hear that before you spend anything.

How often do I get a report?

Weekly, monthly and quarterly, each short enough to read on your phone between jobs.

Weekly
What happened to the phone and the schedule last week. Calls in, calls missed, jobs booked, quotes waiting.
Monthly
Which lead sources paid off. Revenue next to calls, by source and by tech.
Quarterly
The trend. Are missed calls shrinking, is booked work per call going up, which marketing to keep.

Owners tend to find the same thing first: one lead source that rings the phone a lot and rarely turns into paid work, and one that rings less and pays better. You cannot see that from the phone log alone, or from the job list alone. You see it when the two are put side by side, which is the whole point of the report. If you also use an answering service, compare it with counting your calls first.

To see how this looked for a real shop, read the case study: matching calls to jobs for a plumbing company.

Who owns the data?

You do.

Your customer list, your job history and your call log stay yours, in the systems where they already live.

If you ever switch field software, the reports can be rebuilt on the new one. The history in your old system stays with you, and you decide whether it comes along.

We keep only what a report needs, for as long as the report needs it. When you stop, we stop, and we delete what we hold.
