Who runs this site

What we collect
- What you type into the call request form: name and email, and optionally business name, phone and the software you run jobs in.
- If you order the full audit, your call log export, sent after the call and after we sign your NDA.
- Nothing from the missed-call checklist page: it has no form and sends us no data.
- Aggregate page views from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not track you across sites.
Why we use it
To answer your request, and to run your audit if you order one. The basis is your request, and our legitimate interest in running a service you asked for.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare: hosting, analytics and form handling.
- Telegram: sends a notification about your request to the operator.
- AI model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini: during an audit they may read the call log for us, on terms that forbid training their models on it. If the AI account or API keys are in your name, that provider works for you, not for us.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Call logs are deleted within 7 days after you get the audit report.
What happens to your call log in a full audit
- You send it only after the call and after we sign your NDA.
- We read it and your job software read-only, only for the audit.
- We delete the call log and any job export within 7 days after you get the report, remove our access the same day, and confirm by email.
What we do not do
- Nobody buys your details from us.
- We have no mailing list.
- We do not text or call your customers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will do it.
Children
This site is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
